Meet Our Team

At Cowlicks & Pigtails, we believe that true Educators never stop learning. We hire highly qualified Team Members, and then provide them with ongoing Professional Development, ensuring that they stay ahead of the most current research into best practice in Early Childhood Education.

Miss Erica

Owner of Cowlicks & Pigtails and Albrect Kinder Academy

Miss Erica started in the world of early childhood education by running a child care facility in her home for 5 years. Since then, she has expanded her offerings and now offers childcare at two separate locations, Cowlicks & Pigtails and Albrecht Kinder Academy. Miss Erica prides herself on knowing every child and every family enrolled in her centers. "My programs are my life; my heart and soul."
